At GujjuTrends, we’re committed to offering you high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you’re not fully satisfied or if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help you with a transparent and hassle-free return process.


Return Eligibility

  1. Return Window:
    You can initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Accepted Returns:
    • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
    • We do not accept returns for items delivered in perfect condition.
  3. Condition of Items:
    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

🔁 Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    Send a message to our official WhatsApp number: +91 87589 75476 with:
    • The word "Return" or "Exchange"
    • Your Order Number
    • A clear reason for the return
    • Photo or video proof of the issue (mandatory for damaged items)

⚠️ Please do not send return requests via email, Instagram, or any other platform.

  1. Packaging:
    Securely pack the item(s) in the original or sturdy alternative packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
  2. Shipping Charges:
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
    • You must use a trackable and insured courier service.
    • GujjuTrends is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

💰 Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email about the approval status.
  2. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider) if approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and customization:

  • Personal care & grooming products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products delivered in perfect condition

🔄 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different product, please complete the return process (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
